Buried service lines may leak because of pipe age, corrosion, root activity, soil movement, freezing, excessive pressure, or damaged fittings. The first visible sign may be a wet patch, a soft area in the yard, low pressure, or an unusually high water bill.
Our evaluation may include meter testing, pressure testing, line tracing, and acoustic listening. Detection results depend on pipe material, depth, soil conditions, background noise, and site access, so we select the most appropriate combination of methods for each property.
